Chakra Singing Bowl Sets

Each Chakra Singing Bowl Set is designed to bring focus to one of the 7 chakras.

In Buddhist practice, singing bowls are used as a support for meditation, trance induction and prayer. The use of singing bowls in Tibet is the subject of much debate and many stories. Some people say they were used for meditation while others say they were magical tools for transformation of self and of matter.

Presented in a lovely padded gift box, each set consists of a brass bowl, a wooden stick and cushion.

When you gently run the stick around the sides and rim, the singing bowl vibrates to produce a calm, relaxed and cleansing sound.

You can also use the stick to make a more divine gong to signify the start or ending of a mediation or prayer practice.
